We are an emergency locksmith service in the Stockholm region, and this line is for people who would rather not deal with a locked door in Swedish.
What we do
We help when something has gone wrong with the lock on your door, and it can't wait:
- you are locked out
- your keys are lost or stolen
- a key has broken in the lock
- the lock has failed
- there has been a break-in
- a smart lock has died
That is our whole job. We don't do vehicles, strongboxes or new doors. We focus on getting you through the door you have, and making it lock again.
How we work
Around the clock. We answer day and night, every day of the year. At night a person answers, never voicemail.
Price first. You get a fixed price on the phone before we drive. The price you hear is the price on your receipt. Extras only after your yes.
ID every time. We check who you are and that you live there before we open. It protects you.
Non-destructive first. We try to open without damage. Drilling only with your agreement and a price.
A receipt, always. Card or Swish on site, and a receipt for your insurer or landlord.
Where we drive
Our locksmiths drive out from bases in Järfälla, Sundbyberg and Tyresö, covering the whole Stockholm region: the inner city, the suburbs and the surrounding municipalities. Most calls: 20–40 min. No extra charge for distance. We have pages for Södermalm, Östermalm, Kungsholmen, Vasastan, Solna and Bromma, but we cover much more than that.
Why an English line
Stockholm has many people who live, study and work here without reading Swedish. A lockout is stressful enough. Trying to explain a door code, a steel security door and a rental contract in a language you are still learning makes it worse. So we keep it simple: one number, plain English, a clear price.
