This website collects as little about you as possible. In plain terms, this is what that means.
No cookies, no tracking
The site sets no cookies. We use no analytics tools that follow you from page to page or from site to site, and no advertising networks. That is also why you never see a cookie banner here.
If you ask us to call you back
The callback form sends us the phone number you type in. We use it for one thing only: to call you about your lock. We don't pass it on, and you won't get marketing from us because you entered it. We keep it no longer than the job and our bookkeeping need.
When you call us
When you call, we see your number, and on the call you tell us the address and what happened. If we do a job for you, your name, the address and the work done go on the receipt. We keep that for as long as Swedish bookkeeping rules require.
Your rights
Under the EU data protection rules (GDPR) you can ask to see what we hold about you, have mistakes corrected and have anything deleted that we no longer need. Call 076-686 02 10 to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the Swedish data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
